Pattaya International Ladies Club

Pattaya International Ladies Club welcomes ladies from all over the world with a common goal “a wish to create a social network with lots of friendly faces”.

In fact “lots of friendly faces” will be there to greet you whenever you attend PILC function such as:

Cocktail Making with PILC

The Centara Grand Mirage Resort has recently been hosting lots of different workshops for the ladies of PILC. These have included cooking classes, spa sessions and a number of other activities. They even had one for cocktail making when the PILC ladies were allowed to bring husbands and friends along – just so long as they were willing to create, and drink, the three different cocktails prepared. .

Everyone being led to the beach and shown how to make three very different drinks both sour and sweet. The hotel also made sure that there were tasty-bits of food to hand and even arranged a fire-show as a fantastic finish to a wonderful evening.

Cake Baking with PILC

Also 13 ladies attended a baking class organised by The Centara where they were greeted by David Novak, the Executive Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage and Chef Supat in the hotel’s pastry section , who taught them how to make delicious Red Velvet cupcakes.

Chef Supat began the lesson by introducing the various ingredients, followed by a short demonstration. Pretty soon all were busy adding and mixing the mixtures like pros and the cupcakes turned out to be a huge success! Once the freshly baked cupcakes had cooled down they were decorated with whipped cream and various candies (a couple of the ladies were caught snacking when no one was looking!)

PILC Coffee Morning

Another ‘free’ PILC Coffee Morning was held at Liz Shepard’s lovely home when all the ladies attending brought a small plate of food to accompany the coffee and other drinks provided. True to form, there was a huge amount of food, the table heaving with everything you could imagine. After much chatting and catching-up with those we hadn’t seen for a few months, it was on to the raffle and a total of 5,200 baht was raised.

Don't forget newcomers coffee mornings are held from 11 am at Casa Pascal every last Monday of the month. For more info go to :
