The Projects


Centara Avenue Residence and Suites

Centara Avenue Residence & Suites Pattaya will be a fantastic new development offering unbeatable value within one of Pattaya’s most up and coming areas.  This 380 Room project will have 3 building’s and a fourth building will house a 100 Room Centara Hotel

Park Plaza Waterfront

Now we are all excited about this one, at the time of the original launch of “Waterfront” there was a buzz of anticipation about this project, and a lot of disappointed developers out there who missed out on such a stunning piece of land in a truly exceptional location, well as they say the rest is history and unfortunately the project failed to get off the ground.
So on 26th July at the Centara Grand Mirage Hotel we were all excited to hear Mr. Eli Papouchado, Chairman of Park Plaza Hotels and Mr. Kobi Elbaz CEO of Tulip Group  announce that they had taken over the site and would be launching the project as Park Plaza Waterfront.
The newly named Park Plaza Waterfront will be a 52 Floor building rising to a height of 183 Meters and will be located at Bali Hai overlooking the soon to be constructed marina, The project will feature a 100 room hotel and 315 residential condominium units. 
The building will offer stunning facilities and amazing views of the ocean and surrounding islands. Park Plaza Hotels will provide full management upon completion and opening of the project.
Again Tulip group have aligned themselves with a powerhouse in the Hospitality Industry, The Group currently has 25 Park Plaza hotels and art’otels in 56 countries with their most recent addition being Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London. 

Future Developments

Now you would think that with two such high profile launches by Tulip in the past 6 weeks, that the group would be forgiven for focusing and preparing themselves for the huge task ahead, but that is not the case, a spokesman for Tulip explained- “Centara Avenue Residence and Suites and Park Plaza Waterfront are just the start of things- in the coming months we will be releasing details of a stunning iconic beachfront project on Jomtien Beach which we believe will be most exciting project ever to be launched in the area, plus another operation with Centara as well as our own “Tulip Boutique Collection” consisting of hotels and condominiums”- it’s a very exciting time for the group- all our projects will be in prime locations offering the highest standard of living and built to world class standards”
