Very Fine Dining Indeed at Kliff Beach Club, Pattaya

Locals will know that squid is one of the region’s most common ingredients—the green lights you see on the horizon after dark belong to squid fishermen luring their catch to the surface. What’s less well known, however, is that the squid ink is often left unused. The Kliff’s creative inclusion of Squid Ink Crispy Rice Crackers is a wonderful way to give new life to this overlooked ingredient.
For meat lovers, the menu
offered an indulgent selection: Angus beef flash-fried for just 10 seconds, grilled beef cheek with spaghetti, mouthwatering barbecue, and succulent sausage. An unexpected standout was a chicken wrap—quite possibly the most delicious I’ve ever tasted! Teriyaki appetisers, decadent desserts, and inventive cocktails freshly mixed at the bar rounded out an impressive culinary experience.
With so much to enjoy in its chic seaside setting, the Kliff Beach Club is an ideal choice for those who want to combine quality dining with a stylish, relaxed atmosphere.
