For example, hotel guests cannot use the condominium facilities; however condominium owners do have access to the hotel facilities.
“It was a huge undertaking to ensure that something very special was created and able to cater to a whole host of needs,” said Tulip Group Vice President Jason Payne.
Centara Grand will be a stunning development located in a beautiful beachfront setting in Na Jomtien. The project will feature two towers of residential condominiums and a five-star Centara Grand Hotel will be in the third tower. While the project is being developed by Tulip Group, on completion it will be managed by Centara Hotels and Resorts.
